The collection included boxes of rolled posters, documents, honorary degrees, handmade collages, and cards. To ensure safer and more accessible storage, all rolled items were flattened. Humidification was performed in a humidification chamber, followed by flattening and drying in a blotter-and-felt stack. Minor tear mending, tape removal, and reattachment of loose pieces were carried out on select items. All materials were rehoused in Mylar sleeves and/or archival folders for long-term preservation.
